Webflow development and digital marketing

Websites built in Webflow. Marketing that fills them.

Refresh is a small studio for owner-run businesses. We design and build your site in Webflow so your team can change it without a developer, then run the search, ads and analytics that bring people to it. One team, one invoice, one number to call.

Builds from $6,500. Scoping call is free, and you keep the plan either way.

  • A fixed price on the first call

Not a range, and not an estimate that grows. If we scope it wrong, we absorb it.

  • Built in your Webflow workspace

The project, the CMS and the hosting stay in your name. Remove us any time you like.

  • You edit it without us

Anything that changes more than twice is a labelled CMS field, not a support ticket.

  • Same-day replies, weekdays

You get the people who did the work, not an account manager relaying messages.

How it runs

Four stages, and you know the date of each one

Every project follows the same path. You get a written update each Friday, whether or not the news is good, so nobody has to chase for a status.

  1. Scoping call

    45 minutes

We talk about what the business does, who you want calling you, and what the current site fails to do. You leave the call with a fixed price and a page count, not a range.

  2. Design

    Week 1 to 3

Wireframes first, then full layouts at three widths. You review in Figma and leave comments directly on the work. Two rounds of revisions are already in the price.

  3. Build in Webflow

    Week 3 to 6

The site is built on a documented class system, connected to the CMS, and tested at five screen widths. You get a staging link on day one of the build and watch it fill in.

  4. Launch and look after

    Launch day onward

We move DNS, map every old URL to a new one, and stay on the tools for two weeks afterward. Then we either hand you the keys or start on the marketing.

In their words

What clients say once the invoice is paid

We asked each of these owners to be specific rather than generous, and to include anything that irritated them along the way.

They pushed back on half of what we asked for, and they were right every time. We went in wanting nineteen practice area pages and came out with four that actually bring work in. Nobody had ever told us to publish less.

The first storm after launch we took more quote requests overnight than we normally get in a week. What sold me though was the monthly call — they tell me when to stop spending, not just when to spend more.

I have worked with three agencies and Refresh is the first that answered on a Friday afternoon. The site is good. Being able to reach the person who built it is what made us stay.

Why Webflow with Refresh

The platform matters less than who hands you the keys

Webflow is a good tool badly used by plenty of agencies. What follows is how we use it, and the part you should hold us to.

  • You get the project, not a lease

We build inside your Webflow workspace and your hosting plan. If you ever want to leave, you remove our access and nothing breaks. We have no ability to switch your site off, which is exactly how it should be.

  • Editing does not require a developer

A new service page, a price change, holiday opening hours: those are CMS fields with plain-language labels, not a support ticket and a two-week wait. Most clients publish something themselves within a week of launch.

  • It is fast because of what we leave out

No page builder stacked on a theme stacked on twenty plugins. A Webflow site ships the markup and CSS it actually uses, which is why our rebuilds routinely take a six-second load time under a second and a half.

  • Design and build are the same job

The person who drew the layout and the person who built it sit in the same project. Nothing gets lost in a handover, and nothing gets quietly simplified because it looked hard to build.

  • Security you do not have to think about

There is no database to be injected, no plugin to go unpatched, and no update you forgot to run. Webflow handles the platform, SSL and the CDN. That removes an entire category of small-business website disaster.

  • The marketing team already knows the site

When an ad group needs its own landing page, we build it that week inside the same project. No change request, no unfamiliar codebase, no waiting for a developer who has never seen your site before.

Questions

The things business owners ask us first

If your question is not here, ask it on the scoping call. We would rather answer it before you commit than after.

Ask us directly
How much does a Webflow site from Refresh cost?

Our Launch package starts at $6,500 for a six-page marketing site, and Build starts at $14,500 for a CMS-driven site with your content migrated in. Partner spreads a Build across twelve months at $4,200 a month with the marketing included. You get a fixed number on the scoping call, not a range that moves later.

How long does a build take?

Three to four weeks for a Launch site, six to nine weeks for a Build. A replatform from a large WordPress site is usually eight to twelve. The single biggest thing that moves the date is content: if your copy and photographs are ready, we hit the early end of the range.

Who pays for Webflow, and whose account is it on?

You do, and yours. We build inside your Webflow workspace so the project belongs to you from day one. Site hosting runs roughly $23 to $49 a month depending on the plan, billed by Webflow directly. We are not a reseller and we do not mark it up, which also means we cannot hold your site hostage.

Can I edit the site myself afterwards?

Yes, and it is designed around that. Anything you change more than twice goes into the CMS with plain-language field labels. You get a recorded walkthrough per collection and a live training session. Most clients publish their first page themselves within a week of launch.

Can you move my existing WordPress site to Webflow?

That is a large share of what we do. We crawl the existing site first, keep the URLs that already rank, and hand-map every other page to a 301 redirect before the switch. Posts, products and team pages migrate into CMS collections rather than being retyped. Expect a short dip in organic traffic for a week or two, then recovery.

Do I have to buy the marketing as well as the build?

No. Plenty of clients take Launch or Build, get the keys, and run everything themselves. The marketing exists because clients kept asking us to point the traffic at the site we had just built, not because a build requires it. You can also add it six months later once you have seen how the site performs on its own.
